1.IQC engineer check raw material and element of steel.
2.IPQC-1 engineer inspect the straight,length and outer diameter after cutting.
     IPQC-2 engineer inspect the outer diameter, burr, length and screw thread after thread rolling.
     IPQC-3 engineer inspect the surface of zinc plated, go/No go gage after zinc plated.
3.OQC engineer check the packing, label, shipping mark, tally the bundles per pallet and total pallets.
4.We provide surface treatments:zinc plated,blue zinc,yellow zinc,hot dip galvanizing,plain,black oxide and ect .
5.We have the product standard :DIN,UNC/UNF.BSW.The class :4.8,5.8,8.8,10.9,12.9,B7 The raw material:low carbon steel,middle carbon steel,high carbon steel,alloy steel,brass,stainless steel A2,A4.The length: Metric 10mm----6000mm. Inch 1"-144".
